REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Introduction
At Boovs, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction with every healthcare experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased through Boovs.com and outlines Boovs' refund policies and the rights of users in these processes. Boovs acts solely as an intermediary, and refund requests will be subject to the terms set by the service providers.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Service Cancellation: Refunds may be requested if a scheduled service is canceled by the healthcare provider or by the patient within the timeframe specified in the service agreement. Cancellation procedures and applicable penalties are subject to the terms outlined in your booking confirmation. Boovs will forward cancellation requests to the healthcare provider, but the final decision rests with the provider.
- Service Dissatisfaction: If the provided service significantly deviates from the described quality or scope, and reasonable efforts to address the issue have been unsuccessful, a refund request may be submitted. Each case will be individually reviewed for eligibility. Boovs will coordinate with the service provider to evaluate your request, but the final decision is the responsibility of the service provider.
- Non-Performance of Services: Refunds will be issued if the healthcare provider is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances. For details on such situations, please refer to your service agreement. Boovs is responsible for informing and coordinating with users in such cases.
3. Refund Process
- To initiate a refund request, please complete a claim form with the relevant service details.
- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of submission.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
- Boovs may hold payments in its accounts for a certain period (currently 15 days) to ensure payment security. Refunds will also be processed after this holding period.
4. Special Conditions
Certain services or promotions may be subject to special refund conditions, as outlined in the booking confirmation. These conditions will be explicitly communicated to the user, and these terms will take precedence during the refund process.
5. Legal Liability and Scope
- As Boovs only provides intermediary services, it does not guarantee the quality or outcomes of the healthcare services provided and thus only facilitates the coordination of refund requests.
- All decisions regarding refunds are subject to the policies of the respective healthcare provider and the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Users must contact the service provider directly to pursue any legal claims related to the services received.
