Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure in which the shape and structure of the nose are changed in order to improve the harmony of the nose with the face and/or breathing function. Rhinoplasty is not a procedure performed solely for cosmetic purposes. Surgery is also performed to preserve nasal function or to improve the patient's reduced airflow. This is the internal nasal structure is changed to correct functional problems. Rhinoplasty, or nose aesthetics, is the most frequently preferred type of surgery among plastic surgeries performed for aesthetic reasons or to correct a structural problem.
